Iffy er en nydelig gutt med et rolig temperament, og han later ikke til å mislike å bli håndtert. Han spiser godt og har funnet seg godt til rette i en god rutine hos oss. Da han først kom til oss, slet han med svært dårlige skifter, og det neste var ikke mye bedre. Men han har nettopp fullført et skifte som var helt perfekt, noe som er et strålende tegn på fremgang. Et slangeterrarium spiller en enorm rolle for helsen og velværet deres. Det å få riktig balanse mellom varme, luftfuktighet og ventilasjon gjør all forskjell, og Merlin vil trives i et hjem som kan opprettholde disse forholdene jevnt. Han er en herlig kar som vil klare seg godt sammen med noen som forstår behovene til sin art og kan fortsette å støtte forbedringene han allerede har gjort. Kongepytonslanger er ikke et godt valg som første reptil, så vi ser etter et hjem med riktig erfaring og oppsett.

Iffy is a stunning boy with a calm nature, and he doesn’t appear to mind being handled. He’s eating well and has settled into a good routine with us. When he first arrived, he was struggling with very poor sheds, and his next one wasn’t much better. However, he has just completed a shed that was absolutely perfect, which is a brilliant sign of progress. A snake’s habitat plays a huge role in their health and wellbeing. Getting the balance of heat, humidity and ventilation right makes all the difference, and Merlin will thrive in a home that can maintain those conditions consistently. He’s a lovely lad who will do well with someone who understands the needs of his species and can continue supporting the improvements he’s already making. Ball pythons are not a good first time reptile pet so we are looking for a home with the right experience and set up.
