W lipcu 2014 roku pewna pani poprosiła nas o pomoc w sprawie miotu szczeniąt, które zostały wyrzucone przy zatłoczonej drodze. Kiedy tam dotarliśmy, szczenięta były tak dzikie i agresywne, że nie udało się nam ich złapać. W końcu znalazły schronienie w garażu, skąd udało nam się je uratować. Florrie nadal przebywa w schronisku; choć obecnie jest całkowicie niewidoma, jej przyjaciółka Hailey towarzyszy jej i prowadzi ją.

In Juy of 2014, a lady asked for our help with a litter of pups which had been dumped by a busy road. When we got there the puppies were so feral and aggresive that we were unable to catch them. Eventually they found their way into a garage and we managed to rescue them from there. Florrie is still with us at the shelter and although she is now completely blind, her pan pal Hailey keeps her company and guides her.
