En Julio de 2014, una dama pidió nuestra ayuda con una camada de cachorros que habían sido abandonados en un camino ocupado. Cuando llegamos los cachorros estaban tan salvajes y agresivos que no pudimos atraparlos. Finalmente se dirigieron a un garaje y logramos rescatarlos de allí. Florrie sigue con nosotros en el refugio y aunque ahora está completamente ciega, su compañero de jaula Hailey la acompaña y la guía.

In Juy of 2014, a lady asked for our help with a litter of pups which had been dumped by a busy road. When we got there the puppies were so feral and aggresive that we were unable to catch them. Eventually they found their way into a garage and we managed to rescue them from there. Florrie is still with us at the shelter and although she is now completely blind, her pan pal Hailey keeps her company and guides her.
