IDEALNE DOMOWE WARUNKI: Przyjemny ogród, w którym może chodzić bez smyczy. ŻYCIE Z DZIECIAMI: Najlepiej pasowałbym do domu przeznaczonego wyłącznie dla dorosłych. ŻYCIE Z PSAMI: Najlepiej nadawałabym się jako jedyny zwierzak w domu. ŻYCIE Z KOTAMI: Wolę nie mieszkać z kotami. Porsche to 5-letnia suczka rasy bokser, która szuka swojego wiecznego domu. Trafiła do nas karetką pogotowia i niestety nie mogła wrócić do swojego poprzedniego domu. Początkowo zmiana była dla Porsche ogromnym obciążeniem i bardzo się bała, ale z czasem, dzięki cierpliwości i regularności, przyzwyczaiła się do nowego otoczenia i dziś jest znacznie szczęśliwszą psicą. Potrzebuje doświadczonego opiekuna psa, który rozumie pewne i silne rasy oraz jest gotowy kontynuować jej trening. Porsche jest silna na smyczy i może reagować agresywnie na inne psy, choć pokazała już, że potrafi budować pozytywne relacje. Szczególnie lubi spacerować z jednym z naszych piesków, Spudem, i robi to spokojnie i zadowoleniem. Porsche może być ostrożna wobec nieznajomych osób i może szczekać, gdy czuje się niepewnie; dlatego wprowadzanie nowych osób musi odbywać się ostrożnie i w jej tempie. Gdy już cię pozna, staje się jednak bardzo przyjazna i ceni kontakt fizyczny – entuzjastycznie wita pracowników i uwielbia wyciągać się, by zwrócić na siebie uwagę, gdy wychodzi ze swojej budki. Zgodnie z naturą bokserów, Porsche lubi zabawę i czas spędzany na świeżym powietrzu. Szczególnie uwielbia obserwować i gonić ptaki w zagrodzie; szczególnie lubi mewy. Bokserzy są inteligentnymi, energicznymi i skupionymi na człowieku psami, a Porsche wykazuje wszystkie te cechy. Skorzysta z regularnych ćwiczeń, stymulacji umysłowej oraz jasnych i konsekwentnych granic. Jeśli chodzi o pielęgnację, bokser ma krótką sierść, którą łatwo utrzymać poprzez okresowe czesanie. Najlepiej czują się w ramach ułożonych rutyn i podczas treningu z pozytywnym wzmocnieniem. Jako rasa tworzą silne więzi z właścicielami i dobrze się czują w domach, gdzie dostają czas, wsparcie i towarzystwo. She arrived with us via ambulance and, sadly, was unable to return to her previous home. Initially, Porsche found the change overwhelming and was very frightened, but with time, patience, and routine she has settled and is now a much happier dog. She will need an experienced dog owner who understands confident, strong breeds and can continue her training. Porsche is strong on the lead and can be reactive to other dogs, although she has shown that she can build positive relationships. She particularly enjoys walking with one of our male dogs, Spud, and does so calmly and happily. Porsche can be wary of unfamiliar people and may bark when she feels unsure, so introductions will need to be managed carefully and at her pace. Once she knows you, however, she is very affectionate and enjoys physical contact — she greets the staff enthusiastically and loves stretching up for attention when coming out of her kennel. True to her Boxer nature, Porsche enjoys play and time outdoors. She especially loves watching and chasing birds in the pen, with seagulls being a particular favourite. Boxers are intelligent, energetic, and people-focused dogs, and Porsche shows all of these traits. She will benefit from regular exercise, mental stimulation, and clear, consistent boundaries. In terms of care, Boxers have short coats that are easy to maintain with occasional brushing. They do best with structured routines and positive reinforcement training. As a breed, they form strong bonds with their owners and thrive in homes where they receive time, guidance, and companionship. Porsche is looking for a calm, understanding home with experienced owners who are prepared to invest in her training and helping her continue the progress she has already made.
