Imagina sentado preso com uma corrente curta e ter uma pequena casa de cão e estar ali 24/7. Nenhuma estimulação, nenhum exercício e contacto social mínimo com pessoas. Depois adiciona que precisas de ir ao veterinário, mas o teu dono não acha que pode pagar ou não te prioriza. Esta tem sido a situação de Armand. Felizmente um homem reparou nele e contactou um voluntário que arranjou para Armand vir para o abrigo. Quando chegou ao abrigo tinha um cisto sob o estômago que precisava de cirurgia para ser removido e durante a recuperação viveu na casa de um voluntário onde se comportou muito bem. Era limpo, tranquilo em interior, carinhoso e adorava dar passeios e caminhava bem com coleira. O voluntário só tem coisas boas para dizer sobre este bom rapaz. Infelizmente ela não o pôde manter após a recuperação, então agora ele voltou ao abrigo. Armand é um cão extraordinariamente bonito! Tem entre 3 a 4 anos e pesa 22 quilos. Acreditamos que é algum tipo de mistura de basset hound e precisará de uma dose diária de estimulação mental e física. Imagine sitting chained with a short chain and having a small dog house and you get to sit there 24/7. No stimulation, no exercise and minimal social contact with people. Then add that you need to see a vet, but your owner doesn’t think he can afford it or doesn’t prioritize you. This has been Armand’s situation. Luckily a man noticed him and contacted a volunteer who arranged for Armand to come to the shelter. When he arrived at the shelter he had a cyst under his stomach that needed surgery to be removed and in convalescence he lived in a volunteer’s home where he was very well behaved. He was room clean, calm inside, affectionate and just loved to go for walks and walked nicely on a leash. The volunteer only has nice things to say about this good boy. Unfortunately she couldn’t keep him after his recovery, so now he’s back at the shelter. Armand is a strikingly beautiful dog!He weighs approximately 22 kilos.We believe he is some sort of Beagle mix and has that soft Beagle personality.
