Bobby appeared in a cat colony a few months ago. We think he was abandoned. Actually, this is a colony located in an industrial area. Therefore, it's dangerous for cats, as many trucks and cars pass by. One day, part of Bobby's body was covered in oil or some kind of liquid, and his fur in that area was matted. He needed to be shaved. We think he couldn't protect himself on the street at all. He really needed to get out of there. He is very sweet and affectionate. He loves being stroked and enjoys human company. He also seems to get along well with other cats, being calm and not at all dominant. He is estimated to be around 2 years old and is already neutered. Unfortunately, his FIV and FeLV tests came back positive for both. The disease is similar to AIDS in humans. It is specific to cats and not transmissible to other animals or humans. The disease is primarily transmitted through bites between cats. FIV causes immune deficiency in the animals, but often the cats remain symptom-free for many years. Also, FeLV, also known as feline leukemia, can occur without problems for a long time. If you have any questions or uncertainties, we are of course available to help. So far, he is in great shape, and in a home, he will likely stay that way even longer. In his new home, he looks forward to undivided attention, or possibly being with other positive fellow animals, and a life without free roaming. Therefore, he wishes for a home where he can have a safe, longer, and happy life. Where can this sweet guy live a happy life?

Bobby ist vor einigen Monaten in einer Katzenkolonie erschienen. Wir denken er wurde ausgesetzt. Eigentlich das ist eine Kolonie die sich in einem Industriegebiet befindet. Also eine gefährliche für Katzen, da es viele Lkws und Autos vorbeifahren. Bobby war eines Tages bei einem Teil seines Körpers voll von Öl, oder irgendwelche Flüssigkeit und seine Fell in diesem Teil war geklebt. Er sollte rasiert werden. Wir denken er konnte sich auf die Strasse überhaupt nicht schützen. Er sollte unbedingt raus. Er ist sehr lieb und verschmusst. Er liebt gestreichelt zu werden und menschliche Gesellschaft. Mit Katzen scheint er auch sehr toll zu sein, ein ruhiger und null dominant. Er soll ca 2 Jahre alt sein und ist schon kastriert. Leider ergab sein FIV und Felv Test positiv in beiden. Die Erkrankung ähnelt einer AIDS-Erkrankung des Menschen. Sie ist spezifisch für Katzen und nicht auf andere Tiere oder Menschen übertragbar. Die Erkrankung überträgt sich in erster Linie durch Bisse unter Katzen. FiV löst eine Immunschwäche bei den Tieren aus, aber oftmals sind die Miezen viele Jahre symptomfrei. Auch die FeLV- Erkrankung, auch Katzenleukämie genannt, kann lange Zeit ohne Probleme auftreten. Bei Fragen oder auch Unsicherheiten stehen wir natürlich gerne zur Verfügung. Bis jetzt ist er Topfit und in einem Haus wird er sicherlich noch länger so bleiben. Im neuen Zuhause freut er sich auf die alleinige Aufmerksamkeit, oder auf ggf. ebenfalls positive Artgenossen und ein Leben ohne Freigang. Deswegen wünscht er sich ein Zuhause, wo er ein sicheres, längeres und glückliches Leben haben darf. Wo darf der zuckersüße Kerl ein glückliches Leben führen?
