Bodi está procurando um novo lar. Ele tem um pouco mais de 2 anos e atualmente mora em Leicestershire, mas pode ser reabilitado em outra parte do país. Bodi foi resgatado da Macedônia como filhote por outro Resgate e, com 6 meses, foi adotado por uma família. Bodi é um menino grande, ativo e forte que pesa aproximadamente 27 kg e tem o tamanho de um Labrador, mas com pernas mais longas. Ele é um menino nervoso e, por causa disso, pode ser reativo com outros cães durante as caminhadas, mas se comporta melhor com uma coleira mais longa, onde ele não está tão restrito. Ele também fica nervoso com visitantes que não conhece, às vezes levando-o a morder. Ele está sendo reabilitado porque provou ser muito forte para a família que o adotou. Eles também têm 2 gatos e ele provou não ser amigável com gatos. Estamos procurando um adotante que seja fisicamente apto e tenha experiência anterior no trabalho com um cão grande e reativo. Ele não deve ser reabilitado com gatos ou crianças, mas pode se beneficiar da convivência com um cão residente confiante. Uma localização semi rural seria preferível. Bodi is looking for his forever home. He is just over 3 years of age and although currently kennelled in Blackpool, can travel anywhere in the UK. Bodi was rescued from Macedonia as a puppy by another charity and at 6 months old adopted by a family. Sadly he was too stong for them and wasn’t great friends with their two cats. He is a large active strong boy who weighs around 27 kg and is the size of a Labrador but with longer legs. He can be a nervous boy and because of this he can be reactive to other dogs on walks but is better on a longer lead where he is it less restricted. He is also nervous with visitors to the house he does not know, sometimes leading him to snap. Bodi needs an adult only home where his family is physically fit and has previous experience of working with a large reactive dog. He should not be rehomed with cats or small furries, but may benefit from living with a confident resident female dog, providing prior meet and greets are successful. A semi rural location would be preferable for this exercise loving chap. Bodi is a clever boy who loves to learn new things. The staff at his kennels describe him lighting up their day with his infectious and cheeky character. Once settled he truly adores his humans and will be a well loved family member.
