Bodi is looking for his forever home. He is just over 3 years of age and although currently kennelled in Blackpool, can travel anywhere in the UK. Bodi was rescued from Macedonia as a puppy by another charity and at 6 months old adopted by a family. Sadly he was too stong for them and wasn’t great friends with their two cats. He is a large active strong boy who weighs around 27 kg and is the size of a Labrador but with longer legs. He can be a nervous boy and because of this he can be reactive to other dogs on walks but is better on a longer lead where he is it less restricted. He is also nervous with visitors to the house he does not know, sometimes leading him to snap. Bodi needs an adult only home where his family is physically fit and has previous experience of working with a large reactive dog. He should not be rehomed with cats or small furries, but may benefit from living with a confident resident female dog, providing prior meet and greets are successful. A semi rural location would be preferable for this exercise loving chap. Bodi is a clever boy who loves to learn new things. The staff at his kennels describe him lighting up their day with his infectious and cheeky character. Once settled he truly adores his humans and will be a well loved family member.
