Ele é jovem, ele é bonito, ele está cheio de vida e está pronto para uma casa para sempre. Kozmo é um desses cães que nunca deveria ter passado por uma rua, um abrigo ou um canil municipal. O encontramos no canil municipal de Trípoli e ele foi um dos últimos cães que levamos daí em 24 de maio. Desnutrido e esquecido, ele, como tantos outros, veio e iluminou o abrigo com sua alegria. É um cão sociável, alegre e carinhoso. Tudo pelo que passou não é visível nele. Você não entende que ele foi abandonado, é um cão que cresceu e viveu em uma casa e nada faltou, então feliz e equilibrado que ele é. É um cão que vais se divertir tendo perto de você e com você, que vai enfeitar sua vida e o dia a dia. Ele está vacinado, castrado e saudável conforme seus últimos testes.

Cosmo is one of those dogs who should have never known the street, a shelter, or certainly, not a municipal pound. We found him in the Tripoli municipal pound, one of the last dogs we took out of there in May 2024. Malnourished and forgotten, like so many others, he arrived and lit up the shelter with his joy. He is social, happy, and gentle. You would never guess what he’s been through. There is nothing about him that says he was unwanted. He feels like a dog who grew up in a home, who had everything he needed, he is that balanced and at ease. Raise your hand with a treat (or even without one), and he sits immediately, like a good boy, ready for the next cue. Lower your hand, and he lies down. We didn’t teach him these things. He already knew. He was once someone’s pet, and somehow ended up in the Tripoli pound, where he wasted away. Through all these changes, the weight loss, and every other kind of loss, there is one thing he never lost: his smile and his appetite for life. Cosmo is a wonderful dog—affectionate, people-oriented, incredibly smart, with a hint of Griffon in his little moustache and eyebrows. He’s the kind of dog you will truly enjoy having by your side, one who will quietly make your life and everyday moments better.
