Han är ung, han är söt, han är full av liv och han är redo för ett hem för alltid. Kozmo är en av de hundar som aldrig borde ha passerat genom en väg, ett djurhem eller en kommunal kattkår. Vi hittade honom på kommunala kattkåren i Tripoli och han var en av de sista hundarna vi tog där den 24 maj. Mönstrad och glömd, så som så många andra kom han och lyste upp djurhemmet med sin glädje. Det är en social, glad och älskande hund. Allt han har gått igenom är inte synligt för honom. Du förstår inte att han har varit oönskad, det är en hund som växte upp och levde i ett hus och ingenting saknades, så glad och balanserad är han. Det är en hund du kommer att njuta av att ha nära dig och med dig, som kommer att förbättra ditt liv och vardagen. Han är vaccinerad, kastrerad och frisk enligt hans senaste tester.

Cosmo is one of those dogs who should have never known the street, a shelter, or certainly, not a municipal pound. We found him in the Tripoli municipal pound, one of the last dogs we took out of there in May 2024. Malnourished and forgotten, like so many others, he arrived and lit up the shelter with his joy. He is social, happy, and gentle. You would never guess what he’s been through. There is nothing about him that says he was unwanted. He feels like a dog who grew up in a home, who had everything he needed, he is that balanced and at ease. Raise your hand with a treat (or even without one), and he sits immediately, like a good boy, ready for the next cue. Lower your hand, and he lies down. We didn’t teach him these things. He already knew. He was once someone’s pet, and somehow ended up in the Tripoli pound, where he wasted away. Through all these changes, the weight loss, and every other kind of loss, there is one thing he never lost: his smile and his appetite for life. Cosmo is a wonderful dog—affectionate, people-oriented, incredibly smart, with a hint of Griffon in his little moustache and eyebrows. He’s the kind of dog you will truly enjoy having by your side, one who will quietly make your life and everyday moments better.
