Perico e Philippe foram resgatados juntos por nossa equipe de resgate. Eles estavam nas ruas por cerca de 3 semanas, até que conseguimos levá-los a um local seguro. Já nas ruas, eles mostraram um comportamento brincalhão e aberto, mas não deixaram que os pegássemos. Após o resgate, eles se adaptaram bastante rapidamente à vida no abrigo. Eles vivem em grupo com outros cães (machos e fêmeas). Eles adoram muito outros cães, então queremos que seu futuro lar tenha pelo menos outro cão confiante e brincalhão para se divertir e encontrar apoio. Eles são totalmente abertos, brincalhões e sociáveis com qualquer cão. Eles provavelmente não tiveram o começo mais fácil na vida, então agora estão um pouco tímidos com as pessoas. Perico mostra um comportamento mais social em relação às pessoas, ele leva um pouco para pedir quietamente para ser acariciado, mas ele realmente gosta! Claro que novos ambientes são algo com o qual estamos trabalhando, pois ele é um menino muito sensível. Philippe é mais tímido que seu irmão, mesmo já nas ruas. Embora possamos ver que ele realmente quer se aproximar e gosta das pessoas, levará um pouco mais de tempo, mas está tudo bem, vamos reassurá-lo e mostrar que nem todos os humanos são assustadores. Ele já está progredindo bastante com a ajuda dos outros cães. Eles podem ir para um novo lar juntos ou separadamente, desde que haja pelo menos um cão adulto confiante esperando por cada um deles no lar. Eles certamente apreciariam um jardim cercado, pois amam correr e correr, sempre em movimento. Estamos procurando um lar especial para esses meninos: paciente, pronto para trabalhar lentamente e socializar, ambiente calmo e com experiência com cães assustados. A altura dos ombros de Perico é 46cm e de Philippe 48cm.

Perico and Philippe were rescued together by our rescue team. They were in the streets for around 3 weeks, until we managed to bring them to safety. Already on the streets they showed a playful, open demeanor, but didn't let us catch them. After their rescue, they have adapted quite quickly to the life in the shelter. They live in a group with other dogs (males and females). They absolutely LOVE other dogs, so we would like that their future home would have at least another confident and playful doggy to have fun and to find support in. They are completely open, playful and social with any dog. They probably haven't had the easiest start in life, so they are a bit shy with people right now. Perico shows a more social behavior towards people, it will take him a bit to quietly ask to be petted, but he actually loves it! Of course new environments are something we are working on as he is a very sensitive boy. Philippe is more shy than his brother, even already on the streets. Although we can see he really wants to approach and likes people, it will take him a bit more of time, but that's okay, we will reassure him and show him not all humans are scary. He is already advancing a lot with the help of the other dogs. They can move to a new home together or separately, just as long as there is at least one confident adult dog waiting for each of them in the home. They would absolutely enjoy a fenced garden, as they love to run and run, they are always on the move. We are looking for a special home for these boys: patient, ready to work slowly and socialise, calm environment and with experience of scared dogs. Perico's shoulder height is 46cm and Philippe 48cm.
