Perico y Philippe fueron rescatados juntos por nuestro equipo de rescate. Estuvieron en las calles durante aproximadamente 3 semanas, hasta que logramos llevarlos a un lugar seguro. Ya en las calles mostraron una actitud juguetona y abierta, pero no nos dejaron atraparlos. Después de su rescate, se adaptaron bastante rápidamente a la vida en el refugio. Viven en un grupo con otros perros (machos y hembras). Absolutamente aman a otros perros, por lo que queremos que su futuro hogar tenga al menos otro perro confiado y juguetón para divertirse y encontrar apoyo. Son completamente abiertos, juguetones y sociales con cualquier perro. Probablemente no tuvieron la mejor comienzo en la vida, por lo que ahora son un poco tímidos con las personas. Perico muestra un comportamiento más social hacia las personas, le tomará un tiempo tranquilo para pedir ser acariciado, ¡pero en realidad lo ama! Por supuesto, los nuevos entornos son algo que estamos trabajando, ya que es un chico muy sensible. Philippe es más tímido que su hermano, incluso ya en las calles. Aunque podemos ver que realmente quiere acercarse y le gustan las personas, le tomará un poco más de tiempo, pero está bien, lo reasentaremos y le mostraremos que no todos los humanos son peligrosos. Ya está avanzando mucho con la ayuda de los otros perros. Pueden mudarse a un nuevo hogar juntos o por separado, siempre y cuando haya al menos un perro adulto confiado esperándolos en el hogar. Absolutamente disfrutarían de un jardín cercado, ya que aman correr y correr, siempre están en movimiento. Estamos buscando un hogar especial para estos chicos: paciente, listo para trabajar lentamente y socializar, entorno tranquilo y con experiencia con perros asustados. La altura de los hombros de Perico es de 46 cm y la de Philippe de 48 cm.

Perico and Philippe were rescued together by our rescue team. They were in the streets for around 3 weeks, until we managed to bring them to safety. Already on the streets they showed a playful, open demeanor, but didn't let us catch them. After their rescue, they have adapted quite quickly to the life in the shelter. They live in a group with other dogs (males and females). They absolutely LOVE other dogs, so we would like that their future home would have at least another confident and playful doggy to have fun and to find support in. They are completely open, playful and social with any dog. They probably haven't had the easiest start in life, so they are a bit shy with people right now. Perico shows a more social behavior towards people, it will take him a bit to quietly ask to be petted, but he actually loves it! Of course new environments are something we are working on as he is a very sensitive boy. Philippe is more shy than his brother, even already on the streets. Although we can see he really wants to approach and likes people, it will take him a bit more of time, but that's okay, we will reassure him and show him not all humans are scary. He is already advancing a lot with the help of the other dogs. They can move to a new home together or separately, just as long as there is at least one confident adult dog waiting for each of them in the home. They would absolutely enjoy a fenced garden, as they love to run and run, they are always on the move. We are looking for a special home for these boys: patient, ready to work slowly and socialise, calm environment and with experience of scared dogs. Perico's shoulder height is 46cm and Philippe 48cm.
