A vida antes do abrigo foi difícil e isso a tornou uma menina cautelosa, mas profundamente gentil. Durante seu período em acolhimento, Sally fez grandes progressos e começou a mostrar seu lado doce e confiante. Infelizmente, por causa de uma mudança de casa, ela teve que voltar ao abrigo. No ambiente de gaiola, ela pode latir no início, mas isso é simplesmente uma reflexão de sua insegurança. Dê-lhe tempo e paciência, e você verá sua verdadeira natureza: suave, bondosa e carinhosa em silêncio. Em um ambiente de gaiola, ela não mostra sua verdadeira personalidade. Sally adora seus passeios, especialmente quando está com seu grupo, é aí que se sente mais segura e confiante. Ela se sairia melhor em uma casa calma, onde ela pode fazer as coisas no seu próprio ritmo, com alguém que entenda que a confiança leva tempo. Ela já veio longe, e gostaríamos de ver esse progresso continuar em uma casa amorosa. Sally came to us from a remote mountain group, where all the dogs had to be carefully and patiently trapped. Out of the entire group, Sally was always the most timid. Life before the refuge was tough, and it’s shaped her into a cautious but deeply gentle girl. During her time in foster care, Sally made wonderful progress and began to show her sweet, trusting side. Unfortunately, due to a house move, she had to return to the refuge. In the kennel environment, she may bark at first but this is simply a reflection of her insecurity. Give her time and patience, and you’ll see her real nature: soft, kind, and quietly affectionate. In a kennel environment she does not show her true character. Sally loves her walks, especially when she’s with her group, that’s where she feels safest and most confident. She would do best in a calm home where she can take things at her own pace, with someone who understands that trust takes time. She’s come such a long way already, and we’d love to see that progress continue in a loving home. Sally has so much to offer: quiet loyalty, gentle companionship, and the joy of watching a shy dog blossom into a happy, trusting friend. Sally is ready for a fresh start with someone who will see past the fear and discover the sweetheart within.
