Paco hasn't had much luck in life, and his experiences have left him with traumas that are hard to overcome. It breaks your heart to see him because, on one hand, he desperately craves affection and seeks out volunteers, clinging to them and begging for head scratches. On the other hand, he can't stand being on a leash or having his body touched; he instinctively and immediately defends himself at the slightest contact. From what we've been able to gather, for years he suffered from loneliness and beatings during moments of companionship. Paco needs work, patience, and a lot of understanding. And above all, he needs a lot of love, all the love that someone denied him, exchanging it for pain. We're going to fight for you, Paquito. Paco no ha tenido suerte en la vida y sus experiencias le han dejado traumas difíciles de superar. Te parte el alma verle porque, por un lado, se muere de ganas de recibir cariño, busca a los voluntarios y se pega a ellos rogando caricias en la cabeza. Por otro, no soporta llevar correa ni que le toquen el cuerpo, se defiende de forma instintiva e inmediata con cualquier roce. Por lo poco que hemos podido averguar, durante años padeció de mucha soledad y de golpes en el lomo en los ratos de compañía. Paco necesita trabajo, paciencia y mucha comprensión. Y sobre todo necesita mucho amor, todo el que alguien le negó, cambiándoselo por dolor. Vamos a luchar por ti Paquito.
