Percy poate trăi cu copii cu vârsta de 10 ani și peste. El caută o casă doar în interior. Percy este un bărbat minunat care a petrecut ultima lună în grijă cu un membru al echipa noastră. A primit un raport foarte pozitiv în timpul grijii, fiind descris ca cel mai blând băiat care dorește să fie alături de oamenii lui majoritatea timpului! Un membru al echipei noastre a spus că are cea mai puternică miorlăită pe care a auzit-o vreodată – se poate auzi de sus când el este jos! Este un băiat vocal care va vorbi cu tine pentru atenție. Într-un moment în care te simți confortabil pe canapea sau în pat, el este imediat lângă tine, făcând presiuni și adăugând în brațe. Este un tânăr foarte blând care își va îmbrățișa oamenii cât mai mult posibil! În timpul grijii, membrul echipei a spus că devine puțin neliniștit când rămâne singur / dacă nu-l poate găsi pe oamenii lui și va merge în jur și va plânge, dar se va calma în cele din urmă. Este, de asemenea, foarte sensibil la zgomot și poate fi speriat de zgomote puternice sau bruște, așa că ar fi cel mai potrivit pentru o casă calmă și liniștită. Nu este prea interesat de jucării, dar va vâna sfoara. Are un apetit bun și își iubește mâncarea – nu este rezervat când vine timpul pentru mese! Se presupune că Percy are o vizibilitate limitată – deși nu pare prea afectat de acest lucru, va avea nevoie de o casă înțeleaptă care să îi satisfacă nevoile. Din cauza viziunii limitate, va avea nevoie, de asemenea, de o casă doar în interior. Percy a ajuns în grija noastră într-o stare destul de proastă după ce s-a presupus că stăpânul său a murit și a fost singur pentru un timp. Grație grijei și angajamentului echipa noastră dedicată, în special a surorii de grijă, a făcut o recuperare excelentă și este acum pregătit să-și găsească casa perfectă pentru a se pensiona. Nu avem niciun dubiu că acest tânăr frumos va fi un adăugător extraordinar pentru familia sa definitivă și va returna dragostea și afecțiunea lor în mod de zece ori mai mare! Percy are o vizibilitate limitată și are pierderi musculare la picioarele din spate. În ciuda faptului că niciuna dintre probleme nu pare să-l afecteze în prezent și nu este necesară nicio tratament, orice potențial nouă persoană care-l adoptă trebuie să știe că va avea nevoie de supraveghere continuă și, dacă ar apărea vreo problemă ulterioară, acestea vor fi considerate condiții preexistente și nu vor fi acoperite de asigurarea animalelor de companie. Applications are now closed whilst the rehoming team assess those already received. Percy could live with children aged 10+. He is looking for an indoor-only home. Percy is a wonderful chap who has spent the past month on foster with a member of our team. He has had a glowing report whilst on foster, being described as the sweetest boy who wants to be with his humans most of the time! Our team member has said he has the loudest purr she’s ever heard – it can be heard from upstairs when he’s downstairs! He is a vocal boy who will chat away to you for attention. As soon as you make yourself comfortable on the sofa or in bed, he’s right next to you, kneading away and snuggling in. He’s a very gentle lad who will cuddle with his humans for as long as possible! Whilst on foster, our team member has reported that he does become a little worried when left alone / if he can’t find his humans and he will pace around and cry, but he does eventually settle down. He is also quite sensitive to noise and can be spooked by loud or sudden sounds, so he would be best suited to a calm and quiet home. He hasn’t been too fussed by toys, but will chase string. He does have a good appetite and loves his food – he isn’t shy about letting you know when meal times are due! It is suspected that Percy has limited vision – although he doesn’t seem too fazed by this, he will need an understanding home who can cater to his needs. Due to his limited sight, he will also require an indoor-only home. Percy arrived into our care in quite a poor state after it was suspected that his owner had passed away and he’d been alone for a while. Thanks to the care and commitment of our dedicated team, particularly his foster carer, he has made a great recovery and is now ready to find his perfect forever home to retire in. We have no doubt this lovely lad will make an incredible addition to his forever family and will return their love and affection tenfold! Percy has limited vision and has some muscle loss in his hind legs. Whilst neither issue currently seems to be affecting him and no treatment is required at present, any potential rehomers should be aware that they will need ongoing monitoring and, if he were to have any future related issues, these will likely be classed as pre-existing conditions and won’t be covered by pet insurance. The rehoming team will discuss Percy’s veterinary history in further detail with any successful applicants.
