Percy può vivere con bambini di età superiore ai 10 anni. Cerca una casa esclusivamente interna. Percy è un bravissimo ragazzo che ha trascorso l'ultimo mese in affidamento con un membro del nostro team. Ha ricevuto un eccellente rapporto durante l'affidamento, venendo descritto come il ragazzo più dolce che vuole stare con i suoi umani la maggior parte del tempo! Un membro del nostro team ha detto che ha la miglior fusa che abbia mai sentito - si può sentire dall'alto quando è in basso! È un ragazzo molto vocale che chiacchierà per attenzione. Appena ti siedi sul divano o nel letto, è subito accanto a te, massaggiando e rannicchiandosi. È un ragazzo molto dolce che si struscerà con i suoi umani per tutto il tempo possibile! Durante l'affidamento, il membro del team ha segnalato che diventa un po' preoccupato se lasciato solo / se non riesce a trovare i suoi umani e camminerà in giro e piangerà, ma alla fine si calma. È anche molto sensibile ai rumori e può essere spaventato da rumori forti o improvvisi, quindi sarebbe meglio adatto a una casa tranquilla e silenziosa. Non sembra interessato molto ai giochi, ma caccia le corde. Ha un buon appetito e ama il cibo - non è timido nel farlo notare quando è l'ora dei pasti! Si sospetta che Percy abbia una vista limitata - anche se non sembra preoccuparsene molto, avrà bisogno di una casa comprensiva che possa soddisfare le sue esigenze. A causa della sua vista limitata, avrà bisogno di una casa esclusivamente interna. Percy è arrivato nel nostro allevamento in condizioni povere dopo che si sospettava che il suo padrone fosse morto e lui fosse stato solo per un po'. Grazie alle cure e al impegno del nostro team dedicato, specialmente della sua famiglia di accoglienza, ha fatto una grande ripresa ed è ora pronto a trovare la sua perfetta casa per ritirarsi. Non abbiamo dubbi che questo bravo ragazzo sarà un'incredibile aggiunta alla sua famiglia per sempre e ricambierà il loro amore e affetto dieci volte! Percy ha una visione limitata e ha una perdita muscolare alle gambe posteriori. Mentre nessuno dei due problemi sembra influire su di lui attualmente e non è necessario alcun trattamento al momento, i potenziali nuovi proprietari devono sapere che dovranno monitorarlo regolarmente e, se dovesse presentare problemi futuri, saranno considerati condizioni preesistenti e non saranno coperti dall'assicurazione per animali domestici. Applications are now closed whilst the rehoming team assess those already received. Percy could live with children aged 10+. He is looking for an indoor-only home. Percy is a wonderful chap who has spent the past month on foster with a member of our team. He has had a glowing report whilst on foster, being described as the sweetest boy who wants to be with his humans most of the time! Our team member has said he has the loudest purr she’s ever heard – it can be heard from upstairs when he’s downstairs! He is a vocal boy who will chat away to you for attention. As soon as you make yourself comfortable on the sofa or in bed, he’s right next to you, kneading away and snuggling in. He’s a very gentle lad who will cuddle with his humans for as long as possible! Whilst on foster, our team member has reported that he does become a little worried when left alone / if he can’t find his humans and he will pace around and cry, but he does eventually settle down. He is also quite sensitive to noise and can be spooked by loud or sudden sounds, so he would be best suited to a calm and quiet home. He hasn’t been too fussed by toys, but will chase string. He does have a good appetite and loves his food – he isn’t shy about letting you know when meal times are due! It is suspected that Percy has limited vision – although he doesn’t seem too fazed by this, he will need an understanding home who can cater to his needs. Due to his limited sight, he will also require an indoor-only home. Percy arrived into our care in quite a poor state after it was suspected that his owner had passed away and he’d been alone for a while. Thanks to the care and commitment of our dedicated team, particularly his foster carer, he has made a great recovery and is now ready to find his perfect forever home to retire in. We have no doubt this lovely lad will make an incredible addition to his forever family and will return their love and affection tenfold! Percy has limited vision and has some muscle loss in his hind legs. Whilst neither issue currently seems to be affecting him and no treatment is required at present, any potential rehomers should be aware that they will need ongoing monitoring and, if he were to have any future related issues, these will likely be classed as pre-existing conditions and won’t be covered by pet insurance. The rehoming team will discuss Percy’s veterinary history in further detail with any successful applicants.
