Varning: På grund av den ofta komplexa natur hos hundarna i vår vård är vi inte öppna för allmänheten. Om du är intresserad av att adoptera, läs och följ nedanstående process. Vi har en omfattande adopteringsprocess för att säkerställa att rätt hund matchas med rätt hem. Vårt mål är att vara flexibla för att möta behoven hos varje individuell hund med lämpligheten hos det erbjudna hemmet. Du kan se våra hundar som för närvarande är tillgängliga för adoption. Klicka här för att se hundarna som finns tillgängliga. Vi har inga generella åldersbegränsningar för hundar som adopts där det finns barn i familjen. Varje hund kommer att ha sina egna krav på barns ålder och detta anges i deras adopteringsinformation. Vi tillåter vissa hundar att adopteras av fulltidssjuksköterskor där det anges i deras adopteringsinformation. Dock måste du göra arrangementer för att någon ska besöka under dagen, till exempel en hundvandrar/boende. Om hunden har varit i ett fostermhem betyder det att vi har en uppfattning om hur varje hund reagerar på att vara ensam under vissa perioder. Låt oss veta hur din "vanliga" dag ser ut så kan vi försöka matcha rätt hund med dina behov. Vi låter inte våra hundar adopteras till arbetshem (dvs jakt). Dock uppmuntrar vi personer att ansöka om hundar som skulle lyckas med ett "arbete" såsom agility, flyball och Cani-x. Vi låter vanligtvis inte hundar gå till hem där de hålls ute i katter, trädgårdsområden eller lopp, med undantag för hundar som tidigare levt ute och är mest nöjda i detta miljö. Vi kräver en minimiadoptionsavgift på £275 per hund och £350 per valp. Detta är en viktig bidrag till våra generella driftskostnader och i många fall täcker det inte ens kostnaden för vårt hundomsorg. Vi starkt uppmuntrar adoptanter att delta i positiv och belöningsbaserad träningsklasser, särskilt för valpar och bultbrytare. Please be aware due to the often complex nature of dogs in our care, we are not open to the general public. If you are interested in adopting then please read and follow the below process. We have a comprehensive adoption adoption process to ensure that the right dog is matched to the right home. Our aim is to be flexible to match the needs of the individual dog with the suitability of the home offered. You can see our dogs currently available for adoption. Tap here to see the dogs available We do not have blanket age restrictions for dogs being adopted where there are children in the family. Each dog will have its own requirements for the ages of children and this is specified in their adoption information. We will allow certain dogs to be adopted by full-time workers where specified in their adoption information. However, you must make arrangements for someone to visit during the day eg a dog walker/sitter. If the dog has been in a foster home it means that we do have an idea how each dog reacts to being left for certain periods of time. Please let us know what your "typical" day is like so we can try and match the right dog with your needs. We do not allow our dogs to be adopted into working homes (ie hunting). However, we do encourage people to apply for dogs that would excel with a "job" to do such as agility, flyball and Cani-x. We do not generally let dogs go to homes where they are kept outdoors in kennels, gardens or runs, with the exception of dogs that have previously lived outdoors and are happiest in this environment. We ask for a minimum adoption fee of £275 per dog and £350 per puppy. This is an important contribution towards our general running costs and in many cases, may not even cover the cost of care that the dog has received from us. We strongly encourage adopters to attend positive and reward-based training classes, particularly for puppies and bull breeds. We can assist with identifying appropriate classes if required.
