Team-volontär dagar har potential att ge många fördelar för din affär, inklusive: Här hos Hope Rescue har vi en mängd roller som kan hjälpa dig att uppnå minst en av dina ESR-mål eller mer, allt som kommer att få en betydande positiv inverkan på livet för de mest sårbara hundarna och ägarna här i Sydvälf. Frivillig - vi söker alltid efter personer som stöder utmaningen att tjäna 2 miljoner pund varje år för att säkerställa att vi kan vara där för en fjärdedel av alla strulhundar i Wales samt hjälpa de som behöver hjälp med att omhushålla sina älskade hundar. Denna stöd kan vara vid en av våra Hope Rescue-aktiga händelser, som är främst kvällar och helger men ibland vardagar för förberedelser inför händelsen. Vi kan också organisera kassaskåp i butiker, vilket är roligt och mycket belöntande eftersom du faktiskt ser dina timmar bli till nödvändiga pengar. Frivillig butik – vi har sex frivilligbutiker i Pontypridd, Merthyr Tydfil, Pontyclun, Blackwood Cowbridge och Talbot Green. Rollerna innebär allt från att sortera, ånga, prissätta, arbeta vid kassan och fönsterdekor. Om du har ett stort team kan vi placera er i olika butiker för en konkurrenskraftig teamutmaning. Du kanske även hittar några bra erbjudanden under din volontärdag. Räddningscentrum – detta innebär hjälp med underhållsarbete, målning, rengöring och trädgård. Detta är det närmaste du kommer att komma till att se centret i verksamhet. Även om vi inte kan garantera puppy-kramar, kan du möta vissa av hundarna som väntar på sina nya hem samt träffa det fantastiska teamet som förbereder dem för deras nya liv. Vi vet att att möta hundar är högt upp på listan för personer som vill vara frivillig och vi försöker göra detta möjligt. Vi ber volontärteam från företag att hjälpa oss att täcka kostnaderna för material för deras dag hos oss. Detta är ibland tillgängligt genom företagets budget, eller din grupp kan skapa online-givnings sidor och samla in pengar innan besöket. Team volunteer days have the potential to add so many benefits to your business including: Here at Hope Rescue we have a variety of roles that will help you to achieve at least one of your ESR goals or more, all of which will make a significant positive impact on the lives of the most vulnerable dogs and owners here in South Wales. Fundraising – we are always looking for people to support the challenge of raising £2million each year to make sure that we can be there for a quarter of all the strays in Wales as well as help those in need of help to rehome their beloved dogs. This support could be at one of our Hope Rescue branded events, which are predominately evening and weekends but occasionally weekdays for pre -event preparation. We can also arrange for bucket collections in stores, which is great fun and extremely rewarding as you literally see your hours turn into much needed funds. Charity Shop – we have six charity shops based in Pontypridd, Merthyr Tydfil, Pontyclun, Blackwood Cowbridge and Talbot Green. The roles instore would be everything from sorting, steaming, pricing, working on the till and window dressing. If you are a big team, we can base you in different stores for a competitive team challenge. You may even pick up some bargains, whilst on your volunteer day. Rescue Centre – this would involve helping with maintenance work, painting, cleaning, and gardening. This is the closest you will get to seeing the centre in action. Whilst we can’t guarantee puppy cuddles, you may get to meet some of the dogs waiting for their new homes as well as meet the incredible team that are preparing them for their new lives. We know that meeting dogs is high on the list for people wanting to volunteer and we try to make this possible. We ask volunteer teams from business help us to cover the costs of materials for their day with us. This is occasionally provided through the company budget, or your team can set up online giving pages and fundraise prior to the visit.
