Gus Outdoor access needed No young children (13+) No other cats8 years old Meet Gus. Gus came into the rescue in 2025 in a bad way. He had been on the streets some time and had very severe cat flu.It took some time to gain his trust but once we did he is such a lovely and friendly boy. He can swipe when he gets over excited but we believe this is due to being bored in rescue. We believe he will be absolutely fine once in a proper home. He will need a family who is experienced with cats. Gus would be a great cat for someone looking to take on a project cat to work with as Gus can be misunderstood! Gus has some rhinitis from previous bad bouts of cat flu which have left him with long term damage. It does not bother him at all and it doesn’t require ongoing treatment. He just breathes loudly that’s all. Gus has so much potential and so much love to give, he just needs someone who will give him a chance.
