09-05-26 Nardia har kommit till oss från en avkastare för att hitta sin eviga hemma. Hon är en mycket orolig flicka som just nu är ganska avstängd, men trots detta är hon lätt att hantera. Med massor av kärlek och omsorg bör hon snart börja komma ut ur sin skal. Hon förlitar sig mycket på sitt hundvänners sällskap för trygghet och självförtroende och behöver därför minst en annan vänlig och självsäker boendehund i sitt nya hem för att ta henne under deras vinge medan hon lär sig om hemlivet och börjar komma ut ur sin skal. Eftersom Nardia aldrig levde i ett hem tidigare behöver hennes adopterare vara tålamodiga och förstående medan hon lär sig saker som toalettträning och att anpassa sig till en hemmiljö. Hon går ännu inte på leksak och behöver öva i en trädgård tills hon har fått mer självförtroende för att gå längre. Hon har börjat bära en bält som det första steget. Nardia söker ett lugnt och stilla hem där hon kan vana sig efter sin egen takt och få massor av omsorg, trygghet och förståelse när hon anpassar sig till sitt nya liv. Med tid, tålamod och kärlek är vi säkra på att hon kommer fortsätta växa i självförtroende och visa sin vackra personlighet. Nardia har kommit till oss med en stye i vänster öga som våra djurhälsouniversitet kommer att behandla. Den här hunden kan placeras med en boendehund.

Nardia has come to us from a breeder to find her forever home. When she first arrived she was a very worried little girl, although she was easy to handle it was clear that she was in need of lots of love and TLC. She has recently moved to a wonderful foster home where she is getting to experience home life for the first time. She is feeling understandably overwhelmed and quite shut down at the moment, but she is slowly beginning to settle in to her new surroundings and is a very sweet little girl. At the moment she spends much of her time observing from the sofa and isn't feeling quite brave enough to explore just yet. She is already beginning to enjoy soft chin and ear rubs, which is a wonderful sign that she is starting to relax and trust. Nardia will be looking for a calm and quiet, adult only home where she can settle in at her own pace. She will need adopters who have experience of scared ex-breeding dogs and who will not expect too much for her too soon. She relies heavily on the company of her doggy friends for reassurance and confidence and so will need at least one other kind and confident resident dog in her new home to take her under their wing while she learns about home life and begins to come out of her shell. As Nardia has never lived in a home before, everything is very new for her at the moment. She is carried outside to the toilet and will initially hide away, but when given some space she will do her business outdoors. She has had a few overnight accidents, which is to be expected. She doesn't yet walk on a lead and harness and will need to practice in a garden until she has gained more confidence to venture further. Nardia will need plenty of TLC, reassurance, and understanding as she adjusts to her new life. With time, patience, and love, we are sure she will continue to grow in confidence and show her lovely personality. Nardia has had a skin tag removed from her left eye at the time of her spay. This dog can be homed with a resident dog.
