Rizzle is a quiet and timid girl who has come to us from a breeder. When she arrived she was quite overwhelmed and in need of plenty of TLC, but she has since started to come out of her shell. Rizzle has recently moved to a wonderful foster home where she is settling in and starting to learn about home life for the first time ever. She is making gentle progress and is even starting to wag her tail when her fosterer speaks to her and has ventured onto the sofa twice so far, although she is understandably still quite nervous and isn't yet feeling brave enough to approach but is trying her hardest to be brave. She will be looking for a calm and quiet home with adopters who have experience with ex-breeding dogs and who will allow her to settle in at her own pace. She will need at least one other kind and confident resident dog in her new home who she can look to and lean on as she begins to gain confidence and learns that the world isn’t such a scary place. She has never lived in a home before moving to foster, so her adopters will need to be kind and patient as she learns all about home life, including house training, though she is starting to get to grips with this already. She doesn't yet walk on a lead and harness as she is quite worried about being handled, but hopefully this will be introduced to her in the near future. She is a sweet little lady with so much potential and just needs someone willing to take a chance on her. With a loving home, a confident canine companion and plenty of patience, we’re sure Rizzle will slowly find her confidence and become a wonderful companion. This dog can be homed with a resident dog.
