About Adopt Gazelle
View original (en)
Little Gazelle is ready to leap into her new home and fill it with her sparkling personality. This fun little lady adores her toys and is full of energy don’t let her age fool you, she can keep up with the best of them! When Gazelle first arrived with us, she was a little under-confident. With patience, treats, and toys, she has really settled into herself and has shown she will make a wonderful companion in a family home. She has spent time with our dedicated foster carer and has proven herself to be house trained and a delightful house guest. Gazelle can still feel a little worried in some circumstances, so she would suit a home where any children are aged 10 and over. She loves her walks and would thrive with an active family who can keep her sharp mind engaged with new adventures and ongoing training. Gazelle recently had surgery on her leg and is recovering well. New adopters should be mindful that walks will need to be gradually built up in quiet locations as she continues to regain strength. We have introduced her to other dogs and found that if the other dog gives her space initially, she gains confidence and can happily walk alongside them. However, she can become worried around bouncy or vocal dogs, so she is currently looking for a pet-free home where she can continue to build her social skills safely. If you’re looking for a small, intelligent, and affectionate dog with a big personality, Gazelle could be the perfect companion for you!
