Adopt Bailey

Mixed Breed · Male · Adult · 8 years

ETA Bailey is now 8 yrs old Bailey is an LL dog who was rehomed in 2019 but his current owner can't keep him. You can read his original threads here - he was rehomed TWICE through LL He's now 7 yrs old and isn't getting the exercise he needs due to his owner's health issues, which has resulted in him being reactive to other dogs when he meets them. He would probably be best being an only dog now and being rehomed somewhere that he's not going to meet other dogs frequently so this issue can be resolved. In the meantime, he needs to be muzzled when out in case of any potential problems. He suffers from redirected aggression in this situations, so could bite people instead of the dog he wants to get at. Name: Bailey Age: 7 Height / Weight: 25'' / 35kg Neutered: Yes Vaccinated: Yes Commands known: Sit, Down, Wait, Look, Come (when I have food) Dog friendly?: No Cat friendly?: No Child friendly?: Not known House trained?: Yes Walking status: On lead Able to be left alone at home?: Yes Travel OK in the car?: Yes Any other information?: In reality this means he MUST be muzzled at the vets as he will try to bite if he feels threatened. Other dogs in the waiting room wind him up too, so recommend he waits in the car until he can be seen, Bailey is now in Halifax at LL HQ. Please fill in our pre-adoption questionnaire if you're interested in rehoming him :
