Barclay is a sweet but initially cautious 1-year-old male dog who needs time to warm up to new people and situations. Once comfortable, he shows a big personality and loves playing and cuddles. This energetic young dog enjoys walks but can be cautious on new routes. He's a couch dog who loves relaxing with family after exercise. Barclay needs to be the only pet due to undersocialization with dogs and high prey drive with cats/small animals. He has mild separation anxiety requiring someone home most days. Suitable for families with sensible children 12+ who understand he needs time and space. Can be vocal and overexcited around other dogs but this can be worked on with training.
