Bernie may look like a big bruiser but really he is a big softy at heart! He was brought to us as a stray with an abscess on his front leg so our amazing clinical staff and animal care staff worked their magic and Bernie is fighting fit and ready for his new home! Bernie can be a little nervous and easily spooked at first, often hissing when he is frightened, but once he settles and gets to know you, he is a giant cuddle bug and loves a warm lap to curl up on, so that he can be pampered until he falls asleep.
