In her homeland, she had almost no chance of finding a loving home with responsible people. Therefore, whenever our capacity allows, we take in animals from our international projects. And so, Dora received one of the coveted travel tickets and now hopes for the chance of a lifetime with us. In her homeland, Dora came to our partner animal shelter, the private Victory Shelter, via the municipal animal shelter Stupin. Dora lives with four male dogs here, and she seems to be the sovereign leader of the pack ;-) Alright, she is also the largest and heaviest, but that doesn’t make her the boss ;-) She shows herself to be very human-oriented and cuddly. The first time you see her walking towards you, you quickly notice that she has problems with her mobility, specifically her front paws are splayed. A more detailed medical examination is pending. We are looking for a permanent, ideally ground-level home in a rural, quiet environment for her, with responsible people who have time and space and are willing to stick with her through thick and thin. All new arrivals must undergo a veterinary intake check before they can move into a new home, and a region-specific travel health profile will be prepared.
