About Elden

ELDEN Elden arrived at the shelter through the impound. Having not been claimed by an owner it is now proposed for adoption. We don't know his past, but since his arrival he has shown himself to be a good man. Elden was tested positive for the Fiv which is also called the cat AIDS. Fiv is the feline immunodeficiency virus, a disease that is transmitted only between cats. There is no possible transmission to humans or dogs. As soon as a cat has been infected with the Fiv virus, it will remain carrying all its life, it cannot eliminate the virus. Therefore, Elden will have to be placed in an apartment, with many enrichments to avoid boredom (search pads, shelves in height to observe, cardboard boxes...)
