I WOULD LIKE A HOME WITH MY FRIEND COTTONTAIL 30-01-26 Mopsy is a large rabbit who has come to us from a much-loved home due to their owner’s ill health with his best friend Cottontail. We are told that they have lived in an outdoor shed all their life and are now beginning the process of acclimatising to a more indoor environment, which may take a little time and patience as they adjust to new sights, sounds, and routines and this will need to be considered when moving into their new home. Flopsy is bonded with Cottontail and so they will need to be homed together and can not be separated. They clearly take comfort from one another and enjoy spending their days side by side, exploring, relaxing, and sharing treats. We are told that they have been good with children in their previous home and have shown curiosity towards other animals, although they have not been directly introduced. They are easy to handle, enjoy human interaction, and are a cuddly pair who have clearly been well-loved and gently handled. Flopsy & Cottontail are very food-motivated and particularly enjoy some parsley in the evenings as a little dessert. They are active rabbits who love to climb, jump, and explore, and they would thrive in a home that can provide plenty of space and enrichment to allow them to express these natural behaviours. They are friendly, affectionate rabbits who would suit a home willing to give them time to settle and adjust to a new environment. With patience, consistency, and plenty of love, this lovely pair will make a wonderful addition to the right home. Rehoming Requirements: We will be very careful about where our lovely rabbits are homed. We will not consider homing them where they will be kept in a rabbit hutch unless this forms part of a larger area that they have free access to. We will be looking for homes where they can either be indoor rabbits or would be housed in a predator proof shed or enclosure which can be protected from the elements and kept war
