Adopt Garibaldi

Collie · Female · Young · 2 years

Say hello to beautiful Garibaldi (Geri) the gorgeous cross breed , Geri is aproxinately 10months to a year old and is now ready to find her forever home! We believe she is potentially a collie/staff/gsd/lab mix. This is solely based on her characteristics and vocalisation. Geri came into our care as a stray and was sadly never claimed, we have no idea why as she is such a wonderful girl. She’s an avid walker and can go for miles with our volunteers, her favourite time is adventure time! Geri is a water baby and loves going for paddles in the water so her new carers will need to make sure she has some swimming time booked in to her calendar to keep her happy! She’s a smart girl who already knows sit, paw and spin, she would also love to join training classes to keep her brain busy and fulfilled, she would potentially love to join a class such as agility or scent work to help meet her busy brains needs. Geri is a vocal girl and likes to sing a song to everyone she sees! She’s dog friendly and could potentially live with resident neutered dogs or dog savvy cats depending on introductions. Geri-Baldie is extremely people friendly too! We feel that Geri would potentially struggle with being left alone so is looking for a home with people home most of the time to help her work on this. She could also potentially live with children who are used to large clumsy dogs. All this is depending on introductions done at the centre.
