Our Goethe came to us because he was no longer welcome as the only visitor at his feed site. He is one of our “shadow cats” that live in the enclosure and become invisible every time someone approaches or enters the enclosure (so unfortunately there are no particularly beautiful photos). For these shy animals we urgently seek courts and/or people with a lot of patience and cat experience. It would be nice if we were to find a suitable home for Goethe with release. Probably he will continue to avoid people, but a daily filled bowl and a safe shelter might work wonders and he will eventually become more accessible. In any case, he'll be a good mice catcher. At least 4 weeks after the move, Goethe must be fixed so that he looks at his new home as such... Our cats are basically at least two or one available and suitable cat (there are exceptions in the sense of some animals). All are vaccinated, chipped and disarmed against protection fee and protection contract via the Osnabrück cat protection association. We look forward to your contact! Unser Goethe kam zu uns, weil er als der einzige Besucher an seiner Futterstelle dort nicht mehr willkommen war. Er ist eine unserer „Schattenkatzen“, die im Gehege leben und jedes Mal unsichtbar werden, sobald sich jemand nähert oder das Gehege betritt (deshalb gibt es leider auch keine besonders schönen Fotos). Für diese scheuen Tiere suchen wir dringend Hofplätze und/oder Menschen mit sehr viel Geduld und Katzenerfahrung. Es wäre schön, wenn wir für Goethe ein passendes Zuhause mit Freigang finden würden. Wahrscheinlich wird er Menschen weiterhin meiden, aber ein täglich gefüllter Napf und ein sicherer Unterschlupf wirkt vielleicht Wunder und er wird irgendwann zugänglicher. Auf jeden Fall wird er sich als guter Mäusefänger revanchieren. Mindestens 4 Wochen nach dem Umzug muss Goethe festgesetzt werden, damit er sein neues Zuhause als solches ansieht… Unsere Katzen werden grundsätzlich mindestens zu zweit oder zu einer vorhandenen und passenden Katze vermittelt (es gibt auch Ausnahmen im Sinne einiger Tiere). Alle werden geimpft, gechipt und entwurmt gegen Schutzgebühr und Schutzvertrag über den Katzenschutzbund Osnabrück abgegeben. Wir freuen uns sehr auf Ihre Kontaktaufnahme!
