Goose is a lovely 5-year-old Pointer who came in to our care recently. He was clearly very well loved, and it’s easy to see why, everyone who meets him quickly falls for his charm. He’s now looking for a kind and patient home where he can settle in at his own pace and reveal his fun, playful, and affectionate personality. True to his breed, Goose enjoys staying active and loves exploring on his walks. After a good adventure, though, he’s more than happy to relax and snuggle up on the sofa with his favourite people. Goose doesn't mind seeing dogs out and about but can't share his home with other dogs, this will be explained in full with potential adopters. Home requirements: Goose is a truly special boy who is looking for a Pointer-loving home! He would be best suited to a household with older children (teenagers and above), ideally with some understanding of canine body language. Although Goose is friendly with everyone he meets, he would thrive in a calm, relaxed environment where he can build his confidence at his own pace. He will need to be the only dog in the home, but he’s happy to go on walks alongside calm canine companions with gentle introductions. When out and about Goose shows his true Pointer nature, he’s active, curious, and loves to explore.
