Harry is a beautiful 2-year-old Lurcher with the softest eyes and an even softer heart. He arrived with us as a stray, so we don’t know anything about his past. What we do know is that he is a truly sweet and sensitive soul who is ready to start his next chapter with a loving family. Harry is a champion cuddler. He absolutely loves climbing over your lap (yes, all of him!) and nuzzling into you for a proper snuggle. Personal space? Not really his thing. If you’re sitting down, he believes it’s an open invitation for a cuddle — and honestly, we wouldn’t have it any other way. He’s also a big fan of his grub. Mealtimes are serious business in Harry’s world, and he can sometimes forget his table manners when food is involved. With some consistent guidance and positive training, he’ll soon learn that good things come to those who wait politely. Harry is looking for a home where he can continue building his confidence, especially around other dogs. While he will need to be the only dog in the home, he’s been doing brilliantly on group walks and enjoys socialising with other dogs here in our care. With the right support, he’s showing us that he’s more than capable of making doggy friends out and about.
