Hello! We’re Queenie and Truffle, two lovely Pomeranian girls looking for a calm and caring forever home together. We share a very special bond and are hoping to find a family who can offer us the love, patience, and understanding we need to settle in and flourish. I’m Truffle, the younger of the two, and I’m around five years old. I’m a sweet little girl with a lovely, affectionate personality, and I absolutely adore attention. One of my favourite things is climbing onto your lap for cuddles and fuss, and I love being close to my people. I’m a friendly little companion who will make a wonderful best friend for someone looking for lots of love and affection. I’m Queenie, and I’m around eight years old. I’m the quieter and more reserved one of the pair, and I can take a little time to feel comfortable in new surroundings and with new people. Because of this, I’ll need a family who can give me the time and space I need to build my confidence at my own pace. I’m a gentle and sweet girl, and once I begin to feel safe, I’ll enjoy being part of the family in my own quiet way. Once I get to know people I greet them with a cute little spin! When we arrived, our coats weren’t in the best condition, so we’ve both had some rather funky welfare grooms to help us feel much more comfortable. We may look a little unusual right now, but with the right care and regular grooming, our coats should grow back beautifully and we’ll soon be looking our fluffy best again. We’ll both need some support while settling into our new home, including a refresher on house training and help with building up our confidence when being left alone. Our leaving hours will need to be increased gradually, but once we are settled, we should be able to be left together for short periods. We would really benefit from a calm home environment with a low visitor load initially, so that we can settle in without feeling overwhelmed.
