Katinka is a little more reserved at first — but give her a moment, and you’ll see just how special she is 🌿 With her darker scruffy coat and thoughtful nature, Katinka likes to take things in at her own pace. She may hang back initially, quietly working you out… but once she feels safe, her affectionate and slightly cheeky personality starts to shine through. And then comes her signature move — she’ll throw herself backwards onto your lap, paws in the air, asking for a tummy tickle… and it’s as endearing as it sounds 💕 She has been living in a home and is house trained, so she already has a lovely foundation and will settle nicely with a bit of patience and reassurance. Katinka has always had her sister Flora Belle by her side and does take confidence from that bond. Because of this, we think she would benefit from either being rehomed with her sister or into a home with another calm, friendly dog. She weights just 5.6kgs 39cm and is neutered. Most of our dogs have been found abandoned as young pups, discarded as unwanted litters, as is often the case in Portugal where neutering is not as common as in the UK. After rescue, all of our pups spend time in private shelters and foster homes, meaning they arrive happy, healthy and well socialised. UK Registered Charity Number 1183775
