When Leo first came into our care, it was clear he hadn’t known the love he deserved. His coat was matted, dirty, and neglected—just one small sign of how much he had been through. But despite it all, Leo’s gentle, loving nature still shines through. This handsome boy absolutely adores people. He greets everyone he meets with hope in his eyes, ready to give his heart to anyone willing to show him kindness. All he wants is to be close, to feel safe, and to be loved. Leo can feel a little unsure around other dogs and lacks confidence at times, but he’s trying so hard. With each group walk, he’s slowly learning that the world isn’t such a scary place—and it’s been beautiful to watch him grow. We don’t think Leo has ever known the comfort of a real home, but he’s doing his best to learn, trust, and adapt. He just needs someone patient and kind to show him what love truly means. Leo has so much love to give… he’s just waiting for someone to give him a chance 💛
