Update November 25: I can now go home to our home manager! And I love to cuddle, even with the cats it goes tip top and that I must stay on the bottom floor, I also learned quickly. Of course, I had to test the limits at the beginning, and I had to stumble around, but after the clear announcement of Cathrin I immediately accepted them. Watch the photos.... Update from 27.04.2025: Hello, I am, Leo! Unfortunately I came back to the shelter – somehow, it wasn't quite clear to people that I don't only look sweet, but I also need a lot of education. I'd like to test how far I can go. If you let me do, I'll take too much out of my way – for example, hopping on the bed and then even crying when I'm going down. Oops! What I really need are people who give me security and clear rules from the very first moment. A short houseline I wear inside helps enormously – then you can lead me stress-free if necessary. Unfortunately, my last person tried to just pack me like that on the collar... I don't like that – I got caught. I don't want to be “bad”, but I just need consistent guidance. Otherwise, I lose the overview. I am not a novice dog and therefore seek experienced people who show me how a good dog life works with patience, clarity and heart. I am really smart and would like to learn – with the right person on my side, I will definitely be a really great companion! Update from 03.02.2025: By the way: I was on a small adventure weekend and mastered this super! I've shown that I'm really good at running and working with the right lead. My potential is huge – I just need the right people on my side.

Update November 25: Ich darf nun ab und zu zu unserer Heimleiterin nach Hause! Und ich liebe es zu kuscheln, auch mit den Katzen geht es tip top und dass ich im unteren Stock bleiben muss, habe ich auch schnell gelernt. Natürlich musste ich anfangs die Grenzen testen und habe rum gemault, aber nach der klaren Ansage von Cathrin habe ich diese sofort angenommen. Seht die Fotos.... Update vom 27.04.2025: Hallo, ich bin’s, Leo! Leider bin ich wieder zurück ins Tierheim gekommen – irgendwie war den Leuten nicht ganz klar, dass ich nicht nur süß aussehe, sondern auch ganz schön viel Erziehung brauche. Ich teste nämlich gerne mal aus, wie weit ich gehen kann. Wenn man mich machen lässt, dann nehme ich mir schnell zu viel heraus – zum Beispiel, aufs Bett zu hüpfen und dann auch noch zu knurren, wenn ich runter soll. Oops! Was ich wirklich brauche, sind Menschen, die mir vom ersten Moment an Sicherheit und klare Regeln geben. Eine kurze Hausleine, die ich drinnen trage, hilft enorm – dann kann man mich stressfrei führen, wenn es nötig ist. Leider hat mein letzter Mensch versucht, mich einfach so am Halsband zu packen… das mag ich gar nicht – da habe ich geschnappt. Ich will ja nicht „böse“ sein, aber ich brauche eben konsequente Führung. Sonst verliere ich den Überblick. Ich bin kein Anfängerhund und suche deshalb erfahrene Menschen, die mir mit Geduld, Klarheit und Herz zeigen, wie ein gutes Hundeleben funktioniert. Ich bin nämlich richtig schlau und möchte gerne lernen – mit der richtigen Person an meiner Seite werde ich bestimmt ein richtig toller Begleiter! Update vom 03.02.2025: Übrigens: Ich war auf einem kleinen Abenteuer-Wochenende unterwegs und habe das super gemeistert! Ich habe gezeigt, dass ich mit der richtigen Führung wirklich gut mitlaufe und mitarbeite. Mein Potenzial ist riesig – ich brauche nur die richtigen Menschen an meiner Seite.
