About Maggie
Maggie is now looking for her new home! Sweet Maggie was reported to us by a kind person concerned about her left eye. Once brought to our vets, it was confirmed that the eye was beyond repair, due to it being infected and ulcerated for a long period of time. The eye was removed and Maggie has now fully recovered. Maggie is the sweetest, friendliest and most gentle cat. She loves nothing more than curling up on your lap, playing with toys and lounging in the sun. She is a very confident cat, with high energy, and is quite vocal. The absence of her left eye doesn’t hinder her in any way. Due to her nature, she is expected to adapt quickly to a number of different home environments, and will make a super companion cat for a family or a solo person. The ideal home would be one where she receives lots of attention and isn’t left alone for long periods of time throughout the day. She has got on well with other friendly foster cats, so with a steady introduction, she could go to a home with an existing cat. A house with or without kids would also be suitable. A home in a rural setting, away from any busy roads or built up areas, would be perfect. Maggie would be best in a home where she will have access to the outdoors once the time comes.
