My name is Manny, although they call me Manny or Manny. Until recently, I was wandering the countryside, seeking refuge and a safe place. I was doing quite well with the food, as you can see from my stature, but it wasn't life - rather a constant wandering and uncertainty of tomorrow. I'm safe today. From the beginning, I had no aggression against people, and other dogs never impressed me much. I am calm, I like warm bed and I am more and more open to the proximity of man. I like scratching my butt and accompanying people in everyday things. I'm still learning full trust, but I'm making great progress. I am looking for a home where I can spread my wings — in people who are patient, understanding, and willing to give me time. I'm a trouble-free dog: I take care of myself outside, I don't ruin anything. I feel like in time I'll just learn to enjoy life. I won't find myself in the middle of town, but a quieter neighborhood will be perfect for me. Little children are not my fairy tale, but I can live with cats or other small animals. I'm about two years old, I weigh a little over 10 kilos, and I'm castrated.

Mam na imię Maniek, choć mówią na mnie też Maniuś albo Maniulek. Jeszcze niedawno błąkałem się po wsiach, szukając schronienia i bezpiecznego miejsca. Z jedzeniem radziłem sobie całkiem nieźle, co widać po mojej posturze, ale to nie było życie - raczej ciągła tułaczka i niepewność jutra. Dziś jestem już bezpieczny. Od początku nie miałem w sobie ani krzty agresji wobec ludzi, a inne psy też nigdy nie robiły na mnie większego wrażenia. Jestem spokojny, lubię ciepłe posłanie i coraz bardziej otwieram się na bliskość człowieka. Polubiłem drapanie po pupce i towarzyszenie ludziom w codziennych sprawach. Wciąż uczę się pełnego zaufania, ale robię ogromne postępy. Szukam domu, w którym będę mógł rozwinąć skrzydła — u ludzi cierpliwych, wyrozumiałych i gotowych dać mi czas. Jestem psem bezproblemowym: załatwiam się na zewnątrz, niczego nie niszczę. Czuję, że z czasem nauczę się po prostu cieszyć życiem. Nie odnajdę się w centrum miasta, ale spokojniejsza okolica będzie dla mnie idealna. Małe dzieci to nie moja bajka, za to mogę zamieszkać z kotami lub innymi małymi zwierzętami. Mam około 2 lat, ważę nieco ponad 10 kg i jestem wykastrowany.
