Adopt Marley

Marley came to us after he was found as a stray, but wasn't a stray! His story is rather longwinded, but important. Marley had a family, since being young, but a few years ago, they got a puppy. Marley, not impressed by this at all, decided he would take himself off around the neighbourhood (getting fed along the way) and would pop back occasionally to see if the dog was still at home. One day he wandered off, but a little too far and was found by a lady who thought he was a stray. Clearly not happy to stay in a home with a dog, and wanting his freedom, his owner decided it would be best to find Marley a permanent home with no other pets. Currently Marley is with fosterers and is very affectionate and loving. He sleeps on the end of the bed at night and will hang around with his fosterers when they are home. He enjoys his food! But not so much vet visits! Marley is definitely a cat who loves the outdoors, and could even be a consistent wanderer! He will need a pet free home, adults only, and his new family will need to keep him indoors for a little longer than usual too and probably expect him to be out longer hours in general.
