Princess Atta is a curious girl who loves her food and easy enrichment, which will come in handy for any initial training needs. Due to being an ex-racer she has never lived in the home before and will need support with house training. She is a lovely girl and once she's settled we think she would be happy to be left alone in the house for 4 hours at a time, where she will likely just curl up for a sleep on the cosiest bed or sofa available to her. Overall Princess Atta is looking for a quiet home with a family who has experience of greyhounds or who are happy to learn about how to support her breed traits during 121's with our team at the centre. We can't wait to see her cuddled up with her forever family! Home requirements: Princess Atta is a lovely 5 year old Greyhound with bags of personality! She came to us as an ex-racer and is just looking for a home where she can have one or two little zooms and then happily snooze the rest of the day. She's friendly with everyone and can sometimes bounce up when first meeting you but then is happy to chill. Princess Atta has shared her kennel with another greyhound here at our centre, but would prefer to be the only dog in the home, so she can get all the attention to herself! True to her breed, she does have a high prey drive for smaller animals, so will need owners who are mindful of this. Due to her gentle nature, Princess Atta can live with children as young as 8 years old who are used to bigger dogs and would be fine with visiting children as young as 4 years old.
