Adopt Yogi

Rottweiler · Male · Young · 2 years

Meet Yogi — or as his carers lovingly call him, Yogi Bear! At just 2 years old, Yogi is a big-hearted Rottweiler with an even bigger personality. He’s a gentle giant who absolutely thrives on affection. Friendly and sociable, Yogi is always eager to say hello and has a wonderfully calm nature — he takes barking dogs and loud noises in his stride without a second thought. Yogi walks beautifully on the lead most of the time, but like many curious dogs, he can get a bit excited and pull when something catches his interest — especially if there’s a good sniff involved! Because of this, he would benefit from some continued lead training, and he’ll need an owner who is physically strong and confident handling a large dog. He’s also a playful boy who absolutely loves his toys — especially balls! Whether it’s a game of fetch or just some fun in the garden, Yogi is always up for playtime. Yogi is looking for a forever home with someone who has experience handling large breeds and can continue to guide and support him. He could potentially live with another friendly dog of a similar size, pending introductions, and could possibly live with older, dog-savvy children who are familiar with large breeds like him. Yogi is a truly special companion — loyal, loving, and full of charm. If you’re ready to welcome a cuddly “bear” into your life, Yogi might just be your perfect match.
