Ο Μπάντζερ είναι ένας μεσαίου μεγέθους σκύλος με πολυφυλετική απογόνευση ηλικίας περίπου δύο ετών. Πέρασε το τεστ για γάτες. Μπορεί να ζει με ή χωρίς άλλους σκύλους. Υπεύθυνα παιδιά οποιασδήποτε ηλικίας. Ο Μπάντζερ έρχεται πρόσφατα στη φροντίδα μας από το δημόσιο καταφύγιο Μποτόσανι της Ρουμανίας. Έφτασε εκεί τον προηγούμενο μήνα όταν ήμασταν σε επίσκεψη, φέρεται από τους πιαστές σκύλων. Ο Μπάντζερ είναι ένας ξεχωριστός χαρακτήρας που είναι φιλικός με όλους και όλα. Είναι φιλικός, προσεκτικός και θα ταιριάξει εύκολα σε την πλειοψηφία των σπιτιών. Μπορεί να ζει με ή χωρίς άλλους σκύλους και είναι αποδεκτός από γάτες. Θα μπορούσε να ζει με υπεύθυνα παιδιά οποιασδήποτε ηλικίας. Ο Μπάντζερ έχει φροντιστεί στο Μπάντερσφιλντ Νορφόλκ. Αν ενδιαφέρεστε παρακαλώ στείλτε μήνυμα ή καλέστε από 9 π.μ. έως 5 μ.μ. Δευτέρα - Παρασκευή ή από 9 π.μ. έως 4 μ.μ. Σάββατο. Τα έξοδα αδοπτικής είναι Για τα βρεφικά ζώα που έχουν ήδη γίνει απογονικά και για όλα τα ενήλικα σκυλιά: 430 λιρές. Βρεφικά ζώα που δεν έχουν γίνει απογονικά σε συμβόλαια απογονικής: 530 λιρές (Θα λάβετε έκπτωση 100 λιρών όταν μας στείλετε αποδεικτικό της απογονικής). Παλιοί σκύλοι (10+ έτη): 150-250 λιρές (ανάλογα την ηλικία και τις ιδιαίτερες ανάγκες). Όροι και Προϋποθέσεις Αδοπτικής Όταν αδοπτείτε ένα σκύλο από τη Safe Rescue, υποχρεούστε να χρησιμοποιείτε ένα λεπτό σκοινί. Αυτό θα διασφαλίσει την ασφάλεια του σκύλου σας: το νεοφερμένο σας ζώο θα είναι ανησυχημένο και δεν θα τρέφει εμπιστοσύνη σε εσάς, και δεν θα γνωρίζετε ποιες καταστάσεις μπορεί να το ταράξουν. Αν ο σκύλος σας ενοχληθεί, τότε το λεπτό σκοινί είναι η μόνη μέθοδος για να αποτραπεί από τη δραστηριότητα (πολλοί σκύλοι μπορούν να ξεφύγουν από ένα κορδόνι και/ή από ένα ζώνη). Θα χρειαστούν τουλάχιστον 3-6 μήνες για το σκύλο σας να εξοικειωθεί και για να γνωρίσετε καλά το ζώο σας (μακρύτερο για τα ανησυχημένα ζώα). Το λεπτό σκοινί πρέπει πάντα να χρησιμοποιείται κατά την περίοδο εξοικείωσης. Badger is a medium sized crossbreed aged around two years old. Passed cat testing. Can live with or without other dogs. Could live with respectful children aged ten plus. Badger originally into our care recently from the Botosani public shelter in Romania. He arrived a couple of months ago and was swiftly adopted but has sadly been reluctantly returned due to his energy levels not matching the home environment. Badger is a brilliant character who gets on with everyone and everything. He is friendly and affectionate and a busy boy who wants to be involved in all the family goings on. He will need a decent level of exercise in his forever home and some basic training to channel his enthusiasm for jumping up. He can live with or without other dogs and is fine with cats. Senior dogs (10+ years): £150–£250 (depending on age and individual needs). Adoption Terms & Conditions When you adopt a Safe Rescue dog, you MUST use a slip lead. This will keep your dog safe: your new dog will be nervous and will not trust you, and you will not know which situations might upset your dog. If your dog panics, then a slip lead is the only way to prevent your dog from escaping (many dogs can escape from a collar and/or harness). It will take AT LEAST 3-6 months for your dog to settle-in and for you to know your dog fully (longer for nervous dogs). The slip lead must ALWAYS be used during this settling-in period. Even after your dog is settled, it is safest to use the slip lead in situations where your dog may become scared (e.g. visiting new places, around unfamiliar people, at the vet), and it situations where unexpected triggers might happen (e.g. around bonfire night). Nervous dogs may always need to wear a slip-lead as a back-up safety measure. The slip lead is a safety device and must NEVER be used as a training tool. Using the lead to apply pressure to the dog’s neck is damaging. If your dog pulls on the lead, then we can advise you on training methods that avoid harm. Once your dog is settled, you may want to consider using a harness (together with the slip lead) if your dog is comfortable with being handled when it is fitted. Most harnesses are not escape-proof, but harnesses with a strap behind the ribcage (e.g. Ruffwear Webmaster or Perfect Fit Harnesses) are safer. Retractable / extendable leads must never be used on our dogs. Adopted dogs must be collected from the rescue and transported straight home in a secure metal crate.
