Adira fue abandonada detrás del refugio en abril de 2018. Estaba en muy mal estado, atada a la cerca tan apretadamente que apenas podía respirar. Adira estaba casi completamente pelada y cubierta de cicatrices. La llevamos al veterinario donde se estableció que tenía demodex (sarna) y estaba severamente desnutrida. Con tratamiento y mucho amor y paciencia hizo una recuperación completa. Nunca encontró su hogar para siempre y aún está en el refugio con nosotros. Adira es una chica muy feliz. Tan entusiasta de la vida y ama a todos los que conoce.

Adira was dumped behind the shelter in April of 2018. She was in terrible condition, tied to the fence so tightly that she could barely breathe. Adira was almost completely bald and covered in scars. We took her to the vets where it was established that she had demodex (mange) and was severly malnourished. With treatment and a lot of love and patience she made a full recovery. She never did find her forever home and is still at the shelter with us. Adira is such a happy girl. So enthusiastic about life and loves everyone she meets.
