Conoce a Balu disponible para adopción en el Reino Unido pero actualmente viviendo en un refugio en Portugal. Altura: 65 cm Peso: 20 kg Balu tiene el carácter más tierno y cariñoso. Es un poco tímido con las personas nuevas, pero cuando te conoce, quiere abrazos y amor y se pegará a tu cadera como si fuera pegamento. Es típico de la raza pointer, entusiasta y curioso por explorar al aire libre, afectuoso y cariñoso con las personas. Cuando rescatamos a Balu en febrero de 2023, necesitaba cirugía por fracturas en los huesos de su pierna. Se ha recuperado con algún uso limitado y se ha adaptado bien a la discapacidad. No tiene síntomas de dolor y se mueve bien. Balu es juguetón y social con otros perros. Vive en la misma caseta con otra perra. Necesitará algún apoyo para aprender sobre el mundo fuera de la rutina del refugio. Es excelente con todos los perros. Balu tiene un trastorno permanente de movilidad en su pata delantera, pero camina y corre bien con ella. Las opciones de tratamiento han sido completamente agotadas en Portugal y el veterinario recomendó que se maneja bien y beneficiaría de terapia hidro en su nueva casa. Los gastos de transporte de aproximadamente £820 aplican para Balu. Eso es solo lo que cuesta llevarlo, es un largo viaje por carretera. Se puede organizar un plan de pago corto mientras lo preparamos para viajar.

Meet Balu available for adoption in the UK but currently living in a shelter in Portugal.Height: 65cm Weight: 20kg Balu has the gentlest loving character. He is a little shy with new people but when he knows you, he wants cuddles and love and will stick to your hip like glue! He is typical of the pointer breed, eager and curious to explore outdoors, affectionate and loving with people. When we rescued Balu in February 2023, he needed surgery on broken bones in his leg. He has recovered with some limited use and adapted well to the disability. He has no pain symptoms and moves about well. Balu is playful and social with other dogs. He lives in the same kennel box with another female dog. He will need some support to learn about the world outside the shelter routine. He is great with all dogs. Balu has a permanent mobility impairment to his front leg but walks and runs well on it. Treatment options have been fully exhausted in Portugal and the vet advised he manages well and would benefit from hydrotherapy in his new 🏠 Travel fees of approximately £820 apply for Balu. That is just what it costs to get him over it's a very long way by road. A short payment plan can be arranged while we are preparing him for travel.
