Found abandoned and starving on the streets of Nafpaktos, Greece, Otis was rescued and brought to the shelter six years ago. He thrills to the touch of human kindness and his loving personality makes him a favourite among the shelter volunteers. Otis is wonderful with everyone he meets- people, cats and other dogs.
