Gran bola de amor Branston es un Rottweiler de 3 años con un corazón tan grande como su energía inagotable. Su idea de un día perfecto es jugar con sus juguetes y acurrucarse con sus humanos favoritos. Los abrazos son sus preferidos, se apoyará encantado en ti para más, colocando su cabeza en tu regazo, a veces incluso intentando sentarse sobre ti, sin darse cuenta de que es bastante grande. Branston vive para el tiempo de juego. Puede jugar solo o interactuar con sus cuidadores, pero necesita juguetes grandes y resistentes, ya que los juguetes más blandos no aguantan sus dientes. Este amante de los abrazos busca su nuevo hogar. Branston busca un hogar tranquilo y predecible, con adoptantes activos que puedan llevarlo a muchas exploraciones, aventuras de olfateo en zonas de paseo tranquilas y con pocos perros, y que dediquen tiempo a construir un vínculo con él y darle todo el amor y atención que se merece. Sería mejor que estuviera en un hogar solo para adultos, donde los adoptantes estén cómodos con su tamaño y fuerza, Branston tiene un lado sensible y beneficiaría de adoptantes que lo ayuden a construir su confianza con mucho entrenamiento positivo y manejo suave. Necesitará ser el único animal en su nuevo hogar para poder relajarse y disfrutar de toda la atención de su adoptante. Le gustarían zonas de paseo silenciosas, ya que le cuesta interactuar con otros perros, por eso irá a casa con una correa y mordaza. Su nueva familia deberá ser comprensiva y paciente, dispuesta a ayudarlo a continuar con este entrenamiento y a defender su espacio personal durante los paseos, idealmente en zonas donde no haya muchos otros perros para que pueda relajarse y disfrutar de sus paseos. Branston necesitará su propio jardín seguro y privado para pasear y jugar y practicar el training en casa. Puede disfrutar de un tiempo solo, hasta alrededor de 1-2 horas, pero necesitará una introducción lenta y suave a esto una vez que se sienta cómodo en su nuevo entorno. Aunque Branston ha aprendido muchas trucos ya, está dispuesto a ampliar su repertorio y se une rápidamente, especialmente si hay golosinas involucradas. Branston necesitará conocer a sus adoptantes varias veces antes de irse a casa con visitas potenciales para asegurarse de que se adapta bien, así que tómelo en cuenta al aplicar. Branston is looking for a calm and loving home, with an active family who can take him on lots of exploring, sniffy adventures in quiet walking areas, a family who can give him all the love and attention he deserves. He is looking for an adult only home, with pawrents who will advocate for him when out and about and give him space to rest when needed. Branston likes to relax and enjoy all of his family’s attention to himself, so is looking to be the only pet in the home. He finds being around others dogs very worrying, so would like to take walks in quieter areas, where he can explore and enjoy his walks without distraction. He is a super clever guy and is eager to show off his impressive repertoire of tricks and skills, he already knows “sit”, “paw”, “settle”, “chin rest” to name just a few, he is also fully muzzle trained as he will be going home with a lead and muzzle disclaimer. Branston is looking for his own private, secure garden so he can have some off lead time, playing and pottering at his leisure. Branston can settle nicely alone, so could be left for up to 4 hours, any leaving time should be built up gradually once he has had time to settle into his new home. Branston will need to meet his adopters multiple times prior to going home with potential home visits to make sure he is settling in well so please bear this in mind when applying. Please note that should you be shortlisted, our rehoming process usually takes up to 7 days, and potential adopters would be required to come to the centre to meet him within 48hrs of being shortlisted. Meet Branston, the happiest boy with the goofiest grin, he is a 3 year old Rottweiler with a heart as big as his boundless energy. His idea of a perfect day? Playing with his toys and snuggling with his favourite humans. Cuddles are his absolute thing; he’ll happily plop his head in your lap, and if you let him, he might even try to sit on you for some top-tier sofa snuggle time! Playtime is where he shines, whether he’s messing around by himself or getting his humans involved. If you’ve got big, sturdy toys, even better, because the soft ones don't stand a chance with him. When it comes to treats, Branston will take whatever you’ve got (he’s not picky at all), and he gently accepts them, usually leaving a tiny bit of slobber as a thank you gift. This cuddle bug is on the lookout for his new home.
