Meet Doris Day 💛 Doris is an eight-year-old Jack Russell who hasn’t had the easiest start in life. She came from a breeding establishment where many dogs lived in sheds and had little handling or socialisation. Since arriving in our care, she’s come such a long way. She enjoys the company of other dogs, but could also be happy as the only dog in the home. Doris walks lovely on her lead and is great with people. She’s an easy-going girl who asks for very little and has no big expectations—just a quiet, comfortable life. Doris is looking for an adult-only home because she can feel fearful. This isn’t aggression; she simply needs a calm home where she can feel safe. A little dander, a cosy sofa and someone beside her for the rest of the day would make Doris very happy. 🤎
