Dunja is a lovely one-year-old girl who came to us from Gradiška with her two sisters, Selma and Vilma. Still very young, she has her whole life ahead of her and is now waiting for the chance to spend it in a loving home of her own. Although Dunja is safe and cared for at Hope, shelter life is not where we want her story to end. At her age, she should be discovering the world with a family beside her, enjoying walks, affection, comfort and the security of knowing she belongs somewhere. Dunja recently had a visit from the vet along with the other dogs who arrived with her. She has now received her rabies vaccination and anti-parasite treatment, helping to prepare her for the next stage of her journey. At just one year old, Dunja has so much life ahead of her. We hope that the right family will soon come along and give her the opportunity to leave shelter life behind and begin a new chapter.
