Fuzzy is searching for patient adopters who will be happy to help him continue building his confidence in the world. He would particularly benefit from having access to a private garden where he can relax, explore and enjoy time outdoors in a familiar environment. Having previously been left for several hours at a time, Fuzzy is comfortable spending some time on his own, although any new routine should be introduced gradually as he settles into his new home. There are still a few things that Fuzzy is learning about. He's not used to travelling in the car and can be unsure around visitors, so he's looking for a family who are committed to taking things slowly and using positive experiences to help him grow in confidence. With patience, understanding and a tasty reward or two, Fuzzy has all the potential to become a more confident companion. A true Chow Chow at heart, Fuzzy is an independent lad who likes to take life at his own pace. If you're looking for a loyal companion who values a calm home, appreciates gentle encouragement and doesn't mind a dog who occasionally likes a little space, Fuzzy could be the perfect dog for you so add him to your favourites! Fuzzy is a 2-year-old Chow Chow with all the charm and independence that the breed is known for. He can be can be shy when meeting new people and prefers to take things at his own pace, but a few tasty treats go a long way to winning him over! Once he's comfortable, his quieter, gentle personality starts to shine through. Fuzzy is looking for a home with children of secondary school age and above who can understand that he sometimes enjoys his own space and are happy to let him approach on his terms. He's not the type of dog who wants to be everyone's best friend straight away, but that's all part of what makes him special. He is fairly indifferent towards other dogs and could have walking buddies or canine visitors, but he's equally happy doing his own thing and doesn't rely on other dogs for company.
