¡Hola! Soy Ginny. Soy un magnífico Jack Russell Terrier de 10 años con una gran personalidad y un corazón aún más grande 💛 He pasado por muchos cambios y pérdidas en mi vida, pero ahora estoy lista para encontrar mi hogar de retiro definitivo. Sueño con un lugar tranquilo, cariñoso y lleno de abrazos, un lugar donde pueda relajarme, sentirme segura y ser completamente apreciada. Me encantaría ser el único animal en mi nuevo hogar para poder tener toda la atención para mí sola. Cuando salgo a pasear, a veces me siento un poco insegura alrededor de otros perros y podría reaccionar, así que necesitaré un dueño comprensivo que esté dispuesto a ayudarme con algún entrenamiento suave. La buena noticia es que soy muy motivada por comida, las golosinas definitivamente me ayudan a aprender y hace que sea divertido también. Cuando llegué por primera vez, no me sentía bien porque tenía la piel irritada, pero con los cuidados adecuados ahora me siento mucho mejor y he vuelto a ser yo misma, feliz y cómoda. Estoy viviendo actualmente en un hogar de acogida y disfruto la vida nuevamente. ¡Incluso he comenzado a redescubrir mi lado juguetón! Me encanta jugar con mis juguetes y me encantaría unirme a un juego de búsqueda. Pero lo que más amo? Acurrucarme a tu lado en el sofá para un cálido abrazo, ese es mi idea de cielo. Soy amigable con todos los que conozco y tengo una naturaleza muy dulce. Porque me gusta que se respete mi espacio, creo que sería más feliz en un hogar con niños mayores que entiendan cuando solo quiero un poco de paz y tranquilidad. También disfruto pequeños viajes en coche, especialmente si me llevan a algún lugar tranquilo y silencioso donde pueda explorar a mi propio ritmo. Cuando hay sol, a menudo me encontrarás disfrutando del sol en el jardín, observando el mundo pasar. Aún disfruto viendo (y a veces persiguiendo) animales pequeños, así que necesitaré que alguien me vigile de cerca. Puedo estar sola durante períodos cortos (alrededor de 2-4 horas), así que podría adaptarme a alguien que no esté todo el tiempo en casa pero que still quiera un compañero leal. I’m a 2½-year-old Husky Cross with a big personality packed into a small package. At just 14kg, I’m a little lighter than your average Husky, but don’t let my size fool you – I have all the fun, spirit and cheekiness of a full-sized Husky! Unfortunately, nobody knows much about my past, but what everyone does know is that I’m an absolute bundle of joy. I wake up every day excited about life and ready to make new friends. I absolutely adore people and love being involved in whatever you’re doing. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will keep you smiling, I might just be your girl. I’m still a bit of a puppy at heart and can get very excited when meeting people. Because of this, I’d be best suited to a home with children aged 11 and over who are confident around bouncy, enthusiastic dogs like me. Once settled into my new home I might enjoy having some dog walking buddies. There is also potential for me to live with another dog, but they would need to be mature, tolerant and willing to put up with my playful, puppy-like antics. Of course, we’d need to meet first to make sure we’re a good match. There are a few things my new family will need to help me with. I’m not currently house trained, so I’ll need patient guidance and a consistent routine while I learn. I will also need my leaving hours to be built up gradually to help me feel safe and secure. Like any Husky mix, I love to explore, so I’ll need a secure garden with at least 6ft fencing to keep me safe while I zoom around and enjoy the fresh air. I also can’t live with small animals, as they are simply a bit too exciting for me! What I can promise is that I’ll bring endless love, laughter and adventure into your life. I’m full of character, always ready for fun, and I’m looking for a family who will embrace my quirky Husky ways and help me become the very best version of myself.
